Salary:$21 – $23 per Hour
We are looking for a friendly and attentive server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer any questions about the food, drinks, or specials.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff or barista.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guests’ satisfaction.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and thank guests for their visit.
- Clear and reset tables, and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and co-workers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server, waiter, waitress, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- A friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented personality.
- A flexible schedule and availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid food handler’s certificate or willingness to obtain one.
