We are looking for an outgoing and positive receptionist to assist our office manager, as well as duties and responsibilities that include scheduling appointments, making office supplies arrangements, following up on patient records and billing, greeting patients, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front office manager is helpful. Experienced with Excel, Quickbooks, group emails and marketing is helpful for this job. Communication and customer service skills is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment that is catered to each patient, maintaining a comfortable and professional relationship.
  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, and billing.
  • Schedule appointments for patients and clients.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Follow-up with insurance companies on payments, medical record requests, and outstanding claims.
  • Provide general support to physicians and staff.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Customer service knowledge is key.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements for the company operation.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
