Your key Accountabilities:The core capability requirements for this role are:
  • Coordinate and prepare correspondence, submissions, briefing notes, discussion papers and reports for the Director including proofreading, formatting, and quality assurance of presentations and speeches ensuring all material is of a high standard and in accordance with departmental requirements.
  • Provide a high level of effective administrative support to the Director and the QPS Legal Services.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Officers within the QPS and other Government Departments as necessary.
  • Plan work schedules for the effective use of resources while prioritising tasks and meeting strict and changing deadlines.
  • Undertake research and participate in projects or initiatives as identified by the QPS Legal Services Management Team.
