We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our sales team. The sales Manager's responsibilities includes generating new sales, maintaining & improving existing accounts sales and meeting sales targets.
To be successful as a Sales Manager you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales Manager should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager for our babycare and toys distribution company, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our customer base. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can take on the following responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, social media, and in-person interactions to identify and engage potential customers. Your goal will be to establish and nurture relationships that lead to sales conversions.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships: Take ownership of the entire client relationship process, from initial pitching and negotiation to contract signing and payment collection. You will also be responsible for tracking the results of your sales efforts and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Set sales goals and develop strategies: Work closely with the management team to establish realistic sales targets and develop effective strategies to achieve them. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
- Product selection, presentation, and promotional planning: Collaborate with our product management team to select the right mix of babycare and toy products for our distribution. You will also be responsible for creating compelling product presentations and planning promotional activities to boost sales.
- Conduct market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. This will enable you to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and make recommendations for product improvements or new offerings to retailers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Your ability to effectively resolve issues and maintain positive relationships with customers will be crucial to our success.
- Prepare and deliver presentations: Create engaging and informative presentations about our products and brands. You will be responsible for delivering these presentations to retailers, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of our offerings.
- Prepare quotes and proposals: Collaborate with our sales support team to prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes and proposals for potential customers. Your attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate the value of our products will be essential.
- Meet monthly sales targets: Consistently work towards achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets. Monitor your sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to drive sales growth.
Sales Manager Requirements:
· Please apply only if you have "Toys/Baby/Mothers product" sales & distribution experience in MENA market.
· Preferable from Kids Product Distribution experience.
· Must have 4+ years of sales experience in MENA region.
· Must be based in UAE currently.
· UAE Driving License & own car is a must for this position.
· Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills.
· Strong verbal and written communicator.
· Excellent phone and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in using vlookup and pivot table in an MS excel spreadsheet.
· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
