Customer Services Representative [United States]


 

G&A Surveillance is seeking a customer service representative to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering phone calls for product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.

  • Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
  • Processing, picking and packaging orders.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Be a multi-tasker, switching between multiple screens and programs with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information.

Qualifications:


  • A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Flexible Schedules
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
