Position Summary
Provides administrative support to three or more Directors and/or Executives.

To obtain and maintain employment, you must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen, a security background check for unescorted access to a nuclear plant, psychological screen, and be subject to random drug and alcohol screening in fulfillment of federal requirements.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable salary range is:
California Minimum: $90,000
California Maximum: $136,000

Job Responsibilities
Frequently resolves scheduling conflicts by evaluating and judging business needs and priorities, working with other Assistants as well as business leaders and others across PG&E.
Meeting or conference arrangements include hotel or other conference facilities for large groups, with logistical complexities that may include coordinating speakers, special guests outside of PG&E, site specific requirements determination, evaluation and selection, field trips, post conference excursions and event activities
Monitors and processes a high volume of expenses, scrutinizing against policy but also for perception of expenses (e.g. limo, expensive meals, etc.)
Travel and event arrangements are often for multiple leadership and other employees, frequently with associated logistical complexities that include coordinated ground transportation, multiple destinations and hotels, foreign destinations, group activities and event arrangements
Understands and supports the multiple complex company-wide functions or operating units report into the executive
Understands unique officer-related office space and setup requirements; influences PG&E building and asset personnel to meet officer-specific needs
Works proactively, anticipating needs, and coordinating administrative and professional support
Heavy calendar management for multiple senior leaders
Compose, proofread, edit and format written correspondence, agenda, and documents for signature
Backup other assistants as needed
Maintain or update organizational structure, may include working with HR
Order supplies and equipment service as needed
May mentor, lead and guide the work of other administrative support personnel
Qualify and maintain a position on the Emergency Response Organization team

Qualifications

Minimum:
High School or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma
Administrative Support experience, 5 years

Desired:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in supporting Vice President-level leader or above, 2 years
