Job Purpose and Impact

The ESG Portfolio Lead will create and implement the portfolio management process across the company in partnership with internal stakeholders to drive and report progress in key environmental and social impact areas and deliver value to customers. In this role, you will build and provide ongoing analysis and oversight of the full portfolio of environmental and social projects and capabilities across the company, seeking opportunities to accelerate and improve results, and improve efficiency, and drive resource allocation and accountability. Key Accountabilities

Align strategic plans and priorities across businesses and teams to improve consistency, efficiency, and impact.
Develop and manage the global portfolio of ESG projects and capabilities in collaboration with critical cross-functional leaders.
Refine and enhance the portfolio to ensure feasibility and alignment with commercialization objectives.
Foster strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and clear communication and accountability.
Partner with Data and Analytics to improve data automation and digital insights.
Interact with customer-facing teams to ascertain strategic needs and partner with commercial teams to develop and deliver solutions to ultimately drive business growth.
Develop, maintain, and apply industry leading expertise in sustainability/ESG as it applies to Cargill supply chains, sustainability topics or geographies.
Represent the company in senior level stakeholder forums and matters related to sustainability.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical knowledge in environmental, economic and social benefits of ESG.
Experience in identifying stakeholder needs and developing solutions.
Minimum of six years of related work experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced skills using portfolio management tools.
Experience using analytical tools.
Experience developing periodic progress reports.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Experience in the development of systems and processes, including digital, as it relates to sustainability and other core ESG topics. Compensation Data

The expected salary for this position is $133,000 - 181,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
