Our licensed facility is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking an individual with experience and knowledge in cannabis cultivation to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
We are putting together a team to assist in daily facility maintenance for our cannabis cultivation location. This is a cleaning job. Responsibilities include cleaning grow tables, drip caps, drip lines to work collectively and cooperatively as part of a team ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. The successful candidates will be reliable and punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.
Qualifications: MUST BE 21 OR OLDER

- Strategically removing foliage from different areas of the plant that are no longer supporting the development of flower.
- Remove unnecessary leaves as directed.
- Must be able to bend, stand, lift, reach for extended periods of time.
- Weigh and hang fresh product in dry room
- Buck/Debone plants after curing process
- Clean and reset drying room
- Experience in janitorial or custodian work is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
- Punctual and reliable
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand and speak basic English
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for 8 hours a day
- Manual dexterity
- Able and patient to do repetitive tasks
- Ability to learn and use various machines and hand tools
- Lifting, bending, reaching
Starting pay will depend on experience.
