Payroll Clerk

We are seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and possess the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Essential Functions:
Process payroll in accordance with established procedures and policies

  • Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions through the processing of payroll checks, direct deposit, or check cashing for more than 200 employees
  • Process weekly payroll checks through payroll software
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm in a fast paced environment with occasional overtime as needed.

  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
  • Must have attention to detail and possess the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to work in a high stress environment with extreme pressure on time.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

  • Hialeah, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Payroll for 200+ employees: 2 years (Required)
  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
