Summary of Job Descriptions


The Product Supply Analyst position works closely with Panda’s distribution partners, sourcing team, suppliers, distribution services team and other cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure that continuity of supply to Operators is maintained. This position serves as a liaison between sourcing teams, suppliers, and Panda distribution partners to ensure inventory related issues are resolved on a timely basis. The Product Supply Analyst tracks and evaluates the performance of suppliers’ inventory position, maintains the Product Supply inventory tracking systems, and assists with product supply activities in support of new product projects.


You’ll get a chance to:


  • Utilize Panda Supply Chain processes, systems, and analysis to ensure continuity of supply and minimize obsolescence for all Panda SKUs.
  • Take immediate and timely action to ensure (short-term) inventory issues are resolved.
  • Work directly with sourcing team and suppliers to resolve supply disruptions, manage inventory, and allocate inventory as needed.
  • Help to determine scope, strategy, and procedures to maximize inventory of products, including inventory analysis and stakeholder communication.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and reports to proactively evaluate, analyze, identify, confirm, and address gaps in supply and manage risk.
  • Maintain and monitor dashboards, prepare and analyze ad hoc reports, and present analysis and insight to appropriate audiences.
  • Assist more senior Product Supply team members in managing inventory for new products, including new item tests, product transition, and limited time offer (LTO) projects.
  • Work on new product projects, including collaboration with cross-function and internal Supply Chain teams, to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Help with evaluation of vendor production plans.
  • Ensure superior customer service with proactive inventory analysis and follows up with distribution partners, suppliers and sourcing teams as required.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement of inventory management and help to develop action plans.

Your background & experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, completion of annual store training
  • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on your start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card which includes your name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.

Pay Range P2s: $64,500 - $90,500 / Annual
  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
