Job Description
- Determining detailed business requirements, designing solutions according to usability and accessibility, writing analysis and test scenarios documents for mobile applications and all digital channels.
- Meeting with internal clients to discuss needs and translate them into specific requirements and subsequent project objectives.
- Ensuring the creation and management of project documentation, including business requirements, business processes and functional design documents, to meet business expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time and with expected quality.
- To produce solutions that will provide consultancy and improvement of business processes for business needs with new value-added technologies.
- Creating quality output by preparing and implementing test scenarios, including defect tracking and reporting, confirming that the requirements are correct and complete.
- Taking a role in supplier relations and management if the solution requires outsourcing.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's in relevant fields
- 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, product ownership etc.
- Experience in electronic/mobile payment is a plus
- Advanced use of English
- Highly communicative and solution-oriented
