Very busy plaintiff law firm seeks a Mortgage Liaison Clerk who has experience dealing with mortgage companies.
Specifically, the Mortgage Clerk will get clients’ residential property damage insurance payment checks endorsed by their mortgage company through prompt, courteous, and consistent verbal and written communication. You must possess excellent phone etiquette and be diligent and organized to excel in this role.
Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Conscientious about deadlines and time management.
· Must have excellent work ethic.
