1. Scheduling and assigning drivers: The trucker dispatcher must assign drivers to specific routes and loads based on their availability and experience.
2. Communicating with drivers: The dispatcher must maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure they are on schedule and to provide them with any necessary updates or changes to their routes.
3. Planning routes: The dispatcher must plan the most efficient routes for drivers, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather, and road closures.
