Informatics Support Specialist (Virtual Assistant) (ISS)
Seeking a friendly, energetic, detail-oriented, hyper-organized virtual assistant with a medical background.
The Informatics Support Specialist (Virtual Assistant) (ISS-VA) will join the Clinical Informatics team under the Operations division of Float Health.
Core daily tasks include:
- Intake and organization of protected health information
- Data entry and database management
- Communication within and across internal teams
- Verbal and written communication with customers, patients, and clients
Primary duties involve file organization, database management, data entry, email, faxing, and phone communication.
Medical literacy and medical administrative experience are strongly preferred.
The ISS is expected to demonstrate Float Health's commitment to exceptional customer service, friendliness, efficiency, and teamwork in all interactions.
The ISS will be required to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment, so must be efficient, detail-oriented, reliable, and thorough.
The ISSA must be flexible in an ever-changing work environment and be open to an evolving role as Float's operational and technological systems continue to grow.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
