The mission of People Analytics is to maximize the impact of our people, programs, and processes by providing data-driven insights to drive strategic business outcomes supporting AT&T leaders through objective and transparent reporting, advanced analytics, training and consulting.
This team will support our existing technologies and data delivery platforms including the applications that we own. The Scrum Master will perform all of the scrum duties for our engineering team as well as manage initiatives in support of leadership directives across our Technology and Analytics platforms. This job will have exposure to the AVP and VP – Technology and Analytics.

Our Professional Scrum Masters earn between $105,000 - $210,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
