Key focus
You conduct user research based on trends in the market or our own objectives. You will work together with various development teams, stakeholders and QA to determine the final designs. You set up various pixel perfect prototypes and make proposals for UX/UI optimizations and validate your design choices.
Our ideal candidate
Thinks mobile first, but has experience with design on web and mobile apps;
Knows that responsive design does not stop at breakpoints;
Is creative and analytically strong;Has knowledge of and experience with setting up a design system;
Guides the team to great(er) achievements and shows them the value of their work and its impact on our fast growing company;
Is used to working with English speaking development teams;
Has experience with Figma;Likes to create user centered flows and designs based on data and user research;
Has a user-centric mentality and finds it more important to solve problems than to create random functions
